Seya ward, Futatsubashi park event 瀬谷庁舎・二ツ橋公園グランドオープンイベント
I went to Futatsubashi park to see opening event of Seya ward office and Futatsubashi park. Demostration of African dance (Congo) was exciting, inviting audience to dance with him. I participated Izumi river walking with river guide.
