Knee osteoarthritis 変形性膝関節症

I stayed at home about 2 weeks as the doctor told me not to go out.  Today I went to the hospital as I might use medical certificate paper at company.  (It cost 6,000 yen).

After seeing the orthopedist,  I bought ingredients for dinner  and some sweets for co-workers as I would quit the company.    Then I found out it's difficult to walk having heavy ingredients with both of my hands.  As my walking pace is half, I felt like calling taxi. (Of course I didn't.  It cost 1,000 for less than 1 kilometer.

I will practice foot exercise recommended at the hospital from now on.

2週間ほど家の中で過ごして今日初めて病院に行くために外出しました。マンションの短い階段を降りるときも、手すりにつかまらないと怖いです。普段の半分以下のスピードでしか歩けません。整形外科でお医者さんの診断書を書いてもらいました。健康保険の病気の手当に使おうかと思ったのですが、手続きが煩雑そうなのでやめました。6000円かかったのは痛かったです。

病院にでかけた帰りにスーパーで食材を買い、勤務先の同僚用にお菓子を買いました。（仕事をやめるため）。そうしたら重くなってしまい、帰り道がしんどくなりました。やはり買い物はしばらくネットスーパーで行い、どうしても買わなければいけない時は、少しだけ買うようにしようと思います。
